About buying tickets online from Pairings: Your personal information is safe on this site. The checkout pages are secure, your payment information is protected and we do not collect or store the information on our server. The data is encrypted while being transmitted and cannot be read by anyone. While we do need your email address to send your receipt (which will serve as your ticket) we do not add your name to our mailing list unless you specifically request it.
Returns: Your ticket purchase is a final sale. We are not able to refund your purchase if it is not used. However, if you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to the event, we're happy to let you use the ticket for a different event. Just let us know so we can make the reservation for you since seats are often limited. You'll need to pay the difference in the ticket price if the new event is more than the value of your exisiting ticket.
